LOW-POLY ANOMALIES

This was the first complete series of pieces that I made when discovering and working on my current style. I wanted them to evoke a sense of mystery and intrigue, encorporating retro sci-fi elements with large geomtric shapes and natural environments.

 

These pieces were made with a mixture of 3D reference models from Portrait Studio, the software I use to quickly put together references, poses and scenes, along with some photo referencing for the environments before then painting with Clip Studio Paint. The Shopping piece was actually inspired by my local food store followed by the thought "What if aliens and robots went shopping?".
